Who we are
This website is run by EsyApps, operated by Elif Sara Yağmur Karayel ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: hyathlete@esyapps.com.
This policy covers this website only — the beta list and survey. The HyAthlete app has its own privacy notice inside the app.
What we collect

What we don't collect: we don't store your IP address. To stop spam, we compute a one-way hash of your IP combined with a secret that changes every day; it cannot be turned back into your IP and is deleted after two days. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email; this doesn't affect processing that happened before.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — stores the list and survey answers in a database hosted in Singapore.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
Both act as processors under data-processing agreements. Because the database is outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in those agreements. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or at the latest 12 months after HyAthlete's public App Store launch — whichever comes first. Survey answers may be kept longer only in anonymous, aggregated form (for example "40% want pacing help").
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hyathlete@esyapps.com from the address you signed up with and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority in your country.
Children
This list is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please don't sign up.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
